Our pool services include:
Check filter pressure
Test: Chlorine, Bromine, pH, Cyanuric Acid, Alkalinity, TDS and Hardness levels
Clean: Pump Strainer Basket, Cartridge Filter, Skimmer Baskets, Auto Vac Filter, Diving Board, Handrails and Ladders
Backwash: Sand Filter, D.E Filter (and recharge)
Fill Chemical Feeder
Scrub tile at the water line
Skim pool surface
Vacuum pool
Brush pool walls and floor
Add needed chemicals, shock pool as needed
Remove the pool and spa cover (if covered), rinse the pool and spa with water, fold and store in the owner's home unless storage is requested, and lube all deck anchors.
If necessary, pump out all water and power wash the pool walls and floor with non-burning solutions. We will bleach the floor and walls to a very white surface.
Reinstall ladders, handrails, skimmers, pool lights, and the diving board; clean the tile and rinse the pool deck.
Start filling the pool with a hose (the owner is responsible for turning off the water when the level is halfway into the skimmer opening).
After notifying our office that your pool is complete, we will return to start your pool pump, heater, filter, and cleaner, balance the pool water, and complete an operational check of the pool or spa functions.
Water is pumped out to a safe winterizing level
All ladders, handrails, and cleaners are removed and stored. Lights are removed from the wall and placed in the winterizing position

Pool lines are blown clear of the water
Non-toxic anti-freeze solutions are added to line equipment and plugged into winter storage. Pools with winter covers will be chemically treated with special winter chemicals and will receive a vacuuming on the day of closing
